Overall Return Policy:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- No restocking fee.
- Exclusive deals cannot be returned.

To initiate a return:
- Please send an email to contact@ribcap.com or visit our return landing page. Please include the order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Utilize our self-serve return platform by accessing your account here.
Return - Next Steps:
Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you throughout the return process. We aim to provide timely responses to your inquiries and keep you informed every step of the way. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ribcap will approve or reject the return.
- A return label will be provided via email.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping label fee.
Refund - Next Steps:
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping label cost will be deducted from the original refund amount.
- Note: Bank or credit card processing times may affect refund posting.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange, we will initiate the return process while concurrently creating a new order for the desired product. Once we receive the return, we will promptly ship the new product. Please note there is a one-time limit for this exchange process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty:
Our products come with a two-year warranty. The warranty process follows the same procedure as outlined above. There is a 2-year warranty on this product. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase (shown on the purchase receipt). During the warranty period, you can submit complaints about a defective RIBCAP® to your dealer or the specified service address. In this period, we will repair all defects due to faulty materials or operations free of charge. Improper handling, falls, impacts and the like are excluded from the warranty. A new warranty period does not start if the RIBCAP® is repaired or exchanged; the 2-year warranty period as of the purchase date continues unchanged. Any warranty expires in the event of non-compliance such as use other than as intended, repairs and alterations made to the head protector or its components by unauthorised people.
Damages and Issues:
